And I'm Leah Alter and on this podcast, top financial advisors and corporate leaders (who happen to be women) give their best advice and actionable takeaways on marketing, growth, and making an impact in the financial services industry.

The balance in the financial services industry is shifting and women are making strides, but we're still underrepresented as financial advisors and corporate leaders. Women are continuing to move us toward a more balanced industry where the broad and diverse clients that we serve are better represented by the corporate leaders and advisors who serve them.

Here on WomenShare, we are passionate about empowering women to have a stronger influence on the industry, bringing our natural skills and talents forward to balance how our companies are led and our clients are served.

This show was born in a time of career transition for both of us. We had both recently left the corporate grind. Our common bond was formed over our shared expertise in marketing, and the strong belief that only good will come from women having a more influential seat at the table.

And as marketers, we have a unique perspective to help fuel that growth. This podcast is a space to teach and support women who wanna build and market a business and a career they are proud of and that serves their purpose. It's a space to learn from women in the industry who have had breakthroughs and success.

We also thought about what type of show our favorite colleagues, people like you, would love and find real value in. A show that is generous in providing information and ideas, a space that values community over competition, and a place for creativity and inspiration, all including women who have stood in your shoes.

We're invested in creating this community that brings women leaders together throughout the industry for conversations about marketing, growth, and career success.
