Melissa co-founded Sound View Wealth Advisors to create an independent, boutique, and client-focused firm. She is dedicated to making a positive impact on her clients’ financial lives by developing detailed, customized financial plans that address every aspect of their needs—including cash flow management, gifting strategies, and estate planning techniques to ensure financial security across generations. These plans then serve as a foundation for personalized investment strategies designed to protect and grow her clients’ wealth.

Prior to founding Sound View Wealth Advisors, Melissa joined Merrill Lynch in 2004. During her time there, she served as First Vice President-Wealth Management with the Bouchillon, Ham & Dekle Group and as Senior Resident Director managing the Skidaway Island Office. She is a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®), a designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc.
