Celebrating International Women's Day: Inspiring Inclusion in Financial Services

March 8 is International Women's Day, a global tribute to women's remarkable achievements. Here at WomenShare, we’re providing some inspiration to help you celebrate International Women’s Day, on March 8 and beyond.

This year's theme, #InspireInclusion, powerfully reminds us of the importance of diversity and advancement within our workplaces and communities.

In the spirit of inclusivity and empowerment, we have curated a list of resources and upcoming events in the financial services space aimed at supporting and uplifting women:

  1. Amplify the theme with content from the International Women's Day Website: Explore the resources available on the official International Women's Day website to join the global movement towards gender equality.
    • Their free resources are a great place to show your support publicly. They've got you covered with everything from social media graphics, to printed posters and web meeting backgrounds.

  2. Support industry events that promote inclusion: Register for one of the industry conferences below. Or, if you cannot attend but want to help advance their cause, consider amplifying the event content on social media.
    • Financial Advisor Magazine's Invest in Women Conference (March): Participate in this empowering event dedicated to advancing women in wealth management and financial services.
